Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised two day course which will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider in your workplace.
An introduction for any employee to increase their knowledge, confidence and awareness surrounding mental health issues.
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.
