Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised two day course which will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider in your workplace.
An introduction for any employee to increase their knowledge, confidence and awareness surrounding mental health issues.
An interactive live course with some home learning; participants will look into an employee journey and dispel fears on how you as a manager can support employees with their mental health.
This 90 minute session gives staff and volunteers an introduction to wellbeing and provides some basic strategies for achieving balance and managing stress in their own lives. It combines experiential learning with discussion and interactive practical exercises.
A one hour workshop to gain a better understanding of what mindfulness is, how it can help with change and stress, and experience three mindful activities first-hand.
Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18.
Ideal for employers who wish to raise the issue of mental health in the workplace and provide employees with an introduction to supporting their own emotional wellbeing.
This 1 hour taster talk will enable managers to increase understanding, confidence and practical skills to better support and manage the mental wellbeing of their team during the COVID-19 pandemic.
An 8 week course (2 hours a week), aiming to teach mindfulness tools and techniques to better manage stress and improve your quality of life.
