We work with young people either in schools, or through our community project, CYP, to educate about mental health and to provide help when young people are struggling.
We have launched a new Listening Service to help people during this difficult time.
We are now supporting those experiencing food poverty during the current pandemic as part of the city-wide emergency food response.
We provide free and impartial advice on welfare benefits, debt and housing to people with mental health needs living in Manchester.
From providing training to workplaces, schools and colleges to providing free learning opportunities to those in the community who need support, our qualified Manchester Mind trainers are always ready to help.
Our Peer Support groups are ran by people who use their own experiences to help each other.
Food for All is Manchester Mind's collection of food-related projects. The projects promote positive mental wellbeing and healthy food, which is good for both the body and mind.
Manchester Mind supports Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust in the delivery of assertive outreach, through the Manchester Engagement Team.
We run a number of free courses to help build skills and confidence over the year, delivered by our qualified and friendly Manchester Mind trainers.
