We have launched a new Listening Service for adults and young people to help people during this difficult time.
We work with young people either in schools, or through our community project, CYP, to educate about mental health and to provide help when young people are struggling.
Our Peer Support groups are ran by people who use their own experiences to help each other.
We are now supporting those experiencing food poverty during the current pandemic as part of the city-wide emergency food response.
We provide free and impartial advice on welfare benefits, debt and housing to people with mental health needs living in Manchester.
Our new Community Engagement Team is here to support people being discharged from Community Mental Health Teams.
From providing training to workplaces, schools and colleges to providing free learning opportunities to those in the community who need support, our qualified Manchester Mind trainers are always ready to help.
A range of free courses to build skills and resilience, run by our in-house Manchester Mind trainers.
