Listening Ear Service for Young People

Our Listening Ear Service was created in response to COVID 19 so we can continue providing support to young people over the phone and via email.

Community Mental Health Practitioner

Our Community Mental Health Practitioner (CMHP) at Manchester Mind supports young people aged 15-18 who live in Manchester to manage their emotional wellbeing.

Manchester Resilience Project

A free online course designed to help you to improve your wellbeing whilst looking for employment, education or training opportunities.

We provide advice on issues such as benefits, housing and debt.

Counselling

Counselling is a way for you to talk about your problems and to find new ways to cope. Due to waiting lists we are unable to currently accept new referrals.

Virtual Wellbeing Cafe

Our wellbeing cafe is now available virtually every Wednesday.
