Donating to Manchester Mind

We believe that everyone deserves to be supported in their mental health needs and that we have a part to play in that. As an independent charity we work hard to raise all our own funds keep mental health services free, accessible and available.

Donations make a real difference, enabling us to provide services to over 6500 adults and young people in Manchester.

In the past year, your donations have helped fund our young people’s counselling services, our welfare advice service, and peer support groups.

Ways to donate

There are many different ways to donate, all making a difference to helping those who need mental health support in Manchester:

If eligible, please always add Gift Aid your donation. We may also be able to arrange matched funding, so contact us to find out if your gift could be worth even more.

How your donations help

£10 = Three hot meals for a vulnerable person

Just £10 will allow our Pay What You Can team to cook 3 hot meals for a vulnerable person experiencing a mental health problem.

£25 = Two welfare advice sessions

Your donation will provide two essential welfare, debt or housing advice sessions, delivered through our advice drop-in service

We know that the lifting of all existing restrictions with regard to COVID-19 will for many people be a relief and be welcome, but for others it will be causing great anxiety.

As an organisation we need to ensure that we are managing these changes carefully and have a service update detailing how we will be responding over the coming months.
