Manchester Mind Awarded Mind Quality Mark for Mental Health Support

Manchester Mind is proud to announce we have been awarded the Mind Quality Mark – a respected seal of approval that recognises our charity as a well-run organisation providing safe, effective, and life-changing support to people experiencing mental health problems.

The Mind Quality Mark is the gold standard for organisations in the Mind network. Every three years, local Minds are put through a thorough review process, which includes submitting evidence, interviews, and feedback from staff, volunteers, trustees, and the people who use the services. The reviews are led by people with lived experience of mental health issues, alongside senior leaders from other local Minds, making it an important and meaningful peer-informed assessment.

To be awarded the mark, organisations must achieve high standards in everything from governance to frontline support – and Manchester Mind successfully met all the requirements.
