Manchester Mind’s strategy is to make it easier to ask for help. This is because we know that asking for help is not always easy – so we want to ensure that when people ring or email Manchester Mind they receive a consistent, kind, understanding and informed response. We have developed our phone and email access points over the last few years and added in a Listening Ear service. We now have a vacancy to come and join this team. It is a great job with real impact and value.
We are recruiting a Welcome Team Officer to take up the vacancy to work with the Team Coordinator. We work with people in a person-centred way, building kind relationships where people feel heard and understood.
