People and Wellbeing Manager

Part time. 21 hours per week.

We want to ensure that we put our values at the centre of everything we do and that includes how we support our staff and volunteers. A brand new HR People and Wellbeing Service is now in place to make sure we are able to hold fast to that ambition.

HR (People and Wellbeing) Manager

This role will lead on ensuring our employees and volunteers are supported in a values-led way, as well as ensuring we are able to comply with legal requirements under employment legislation. We want this new role to work collaboratively with all staff to make Manchester Mind the best place to work and volunteer. You will be supported by a People and Wellbeing Administration Officer. There is a chance to develop something new and innovative built on relationships and strengths.

Salary:             £35,745 pa pro rata (actual £21,447)

Hours:             21 hours per week

The type of skills and knowledge that are important to us are:

  • Being able to develop and shape a values-led people and wellbeing service.
  • Being able to build relationships to create a sense of belonging.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in human resource management.
