Here at Manchester Mind we have created a space where if you have been experiencing mental health problems or feeling isolated you can take that first step to get out and meet with people again.
We hope the following information will be help answer any questions you may have about our community gatherings.
Will there be lots of people there? We like to keep these events small as we know that large groups can feel overwhelming.
Is there a cost? There is no cost involved.
Will you tell me how to get there or meet me at the door? Darren our Administrator will help you with this when he speaks to you.
Do I have to take part in the activities? You choose what you would like to try and there is no pressure to take part.
Is the space accessible for wheelchairs and can you make adaptions if I need them? We will only hold gatherings in spaces with wheelchair access and we will always discuss with you any adaptions and support you need to be able to attend.
We cater for dietary needs and requirements and will check those with you when you contact us.
Please do get in touch if you wish to find out more and we will be happy to help.
We look forward to meeting and welcoming you.
