Online Lunchtime Meditation

Join Manchester Mind for a chance to meditate and connect with others.  This session includes a couple of mindfulness meditations and opportunities for questions and reflections.

No experience of meditation required – you will be guided.

This session takes place every Wednesday at 12.15pm (except 22 April).

Manchester Mind is still here for anyone who is struggling with their mental health, but now we need your support…

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week we have launched our Covid19 emergency food response.

We are hoping to raise £10,000 so we can buy staple ingredients and equipment to provide over 1500 meals per week to those experiencing severe food poverty.

Every donation will help make a real difference to the most vulnerable people in Manchester.
